James will retrace our financial footsteps through 2025, revealing what paid off, what didn’t, and what the numbers are really telling us. Then, he’ll open the file on 2026 to expose where we’ll place our bets next - the investments set to fuel growth, and the clues every leader should watch as we write our next chapter.

In this session, Khamran from Goldman Sachs opens the file on today’s deal environment, decoding the trends transforming events, and what sets true differentiators apart. It’s a chance to zoom out, sharpen your market instincts, and see how standing apart is value creation in motion.

All great missions need a plan; a shared structure that turns ambition into results. In this immersive session, Hollie and her team lift the lid on how GO27 has advanced so far, celebrating the teamwork, precision and ingenuity that have defined our progress. Then, they’ll reveal the next layer of the blueprint: the levers still in play, the coordination it will take to finish strong, and the discipline that keeps the operation moving as one. 

Take a moment to reset and check in, but keep an eye out for unusual transmissions or clandestine comms. Even in silence, the Bureau has its ways of staying in touch.  

Rendezvous in The Potting Shed for a pre-dinner drink; but tread carefully, all may not be quite as it seems.
